Summary

Apprentices working in Asset Management support teams assist in delivering a wide range of projects, from field-based surveying and asset inspection, to whole-life-asset-cycle activities.

JBA supports agile working which provides for greater flexibility with the way that we work. The standard working week is Monday to Friday; 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

Apprentices at our Wallingford office will build knowledge of geospatial data and use Geographic Information Systems to manipulate and analyse data, combining technical expertise, analytics, and digital modelling to keep assets performing safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

A Level in:

  • Any (grade B)

Other requirements

The roles will involve a combination of office, site and remote working. A requirement of the apprenticeship is that by the 31st August you will need:

• The right to live and work in the UK and have been ordinarily resident for at least the last three years to qualify for funding
