Elly and her team are looking for a new member to join her team , she runs a small breeding and showing yard specialising in coloured cobs , plaited and traditional. The breeding pathway is available with this position.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
All General Yard Duties :
- Mucking out and keeping the yard tidy
- Preparing horses for shows
- Grooming at shows
- Some riding available for right candidate but this is a NON ridden pathway
- Helping / learning about the breeding side
- Handling stallions and youngstock

- You will be working towards achieving the Level 2 Equine Groom apprenticeship with the employer and supported by Haddon Training
- All training will take place at the employers premises
If you have not achieved grade 4/C in English and maths at GCSE, Haddon Training will support you in gaining Functional Skills qualifications in these subjects
