Summary
As part of a growing company, you will be responsible for providing frontline. support to customers and to the wider business, including supporting our key account customers. With guidance from the Customer Experience Manager and working alongside the Key Accounts Team and Customer Experience team.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Providing administrative support to all office functions - working alongside the Customer Experience team, Key Accounts team, BDM and Field Sales Consultant to ensure that customers and records are kept up to date
- Maintaining relationships with Key Accounts - ensuring that all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and customer expectations are managed
- Communicating with external suppliers and placing orders - raising enquiries for quotes and placing Purchase Orders
- Ensuring data entry is accurate - maintaining and updating customer cards, quotes, sales orders and POs
- Answering customer phone calls and emails - working to SLAs to ensure that customers are responded to quickly and in a professional manner
- Creating quotations - creating new and editing existing quotations on Zoho and Invida, providing quote information to customers either over the phone or via e-mail
- Taking payments over the phone - using Zoho, NetSuite, WorldPay and Magento to complete orders
- Processing sales orders - following through the process from quote to sales order confirmation, updating customers on any delays/issues and keeping the warehouse/logistics up to date with any specific requirements the customer may have for delivery
- Supporting the Customer Experience Manager and Keys Accounts team to complete tender applications for supplying furniture contracts
- Completing follow up calls and e-mails with customers
