Summary

Hello Nook are offering a chance to join and train with our small, family-run, high-end furniture-making business. We will provide hands-on skills and experience. We make very high-quality, bespoke, fitted and free-standing furniture. The hours are flexible to accommodate training. Ideally, looking for someone who can or could learn spray finishing.

Wage

£9,422.40 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work

The apprentice will be based in the workshop undertaking the following;

  • Participate in a variety of practical tasks, including sanding, spray painting, and making furniture. 
  • Answer to the workshop manager. 
  • May require a day/days off-site to install furniture pieces.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

Maths and English (grade Grade E/2 or above)
