Our client Cathodic Protection based in Grantham are looking to employ a Business Administration apprentice. The position will service all departments within the company providing project administration.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Our client Cathodic Protection based in Grantham are looking to employ a Business Administration apprentice. The position will service all departments within the company providing project administration. In time they will manage projects from handover from the sales team until eventual delivery to the customer incorporating expediting, procurement, and logistic tasks. They are to ensure all projects are progressed and completed in line with customer and company requirements.

Duties:
- Data entry
- Agreeing target dates for project milestones.
- Communicating with customers.
- Expediting internal and External suppliers to meet agreed milestones.
- Reporting to internal stakeholders with regards to scheduling of shipments.
- Procuring materials in line with the project’s cost and time targets.
- Assisting the Project Manager with on-time deliveries.
- Producing commercial and shipping documentation and arranging logistic activities.
- Assisting with inspection activities and customer data / documentation requirements.
- And any other reasonable ad hoc tasks as requested by a company manager / director.
