Summary
The successful applicant will train with us in every aspect of our daily operations and will eventually be able to operate in every part of our daily operations and form an important part of a small team. No two days are ever the same, the work is very varied. We are friendly, informal and easy-going.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Learning all the company’s processes
- Creating designs
- Creating transfers
- Printing on to different products
- Dealing with customers requests from start to finish

Your training plan
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship qualification.
- Apprentices who have not achieved the equivalent of level 2 in
maths and English, must achieve these prior to end point
assessment. - Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be
planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet
the individual needs of the apprentice. - The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job
activities and training. - On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the
workplace.
