We are looking for Business Admin Apprentices in our Customer Service and Non Fault teams.

Daily duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Providing exceptional administrative support
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts

 

 


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Excellent communication skills Self motivated Customer focussed.
  • Good attention to detail Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Desire to progress within a team orientated environment
  • Good organisational skills Good attendance and punctuality record.

Personal qualities

  • We are looking for confident, reliable and well presented individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a team orientated environment.
  • You need to be prepared to put in the hard work required to be rewarded with a great opportunity within an expanding and successful company.

Qualifications required

  • Ideally GCSEs or equivalent in both Maths and English. However all applicants will be considered.

Future prospects

  • Opportunity to interview for a permanent position at the end of the Apprenticeship.

Training provider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.30 per hour (From October 1st 2016 this will be increasing by 3% to £3.40 per hour). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
