This is a good opportunity to be part of a large warehousing team for a national domestic appliance supplies business. The role will involve receiving deliveries, stock take, picking and packing and ensuring that the warehouse is clean and tidy.

Intermediate Level Apprenticeship
- Goods in
- Working within a team to identify items from deliveries
- checking quantities & quality of goods received. Items then located in the warehouse
- Goods out
- Working to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, to send individual items with excellent packing or to work with bulk orders with grouped quantities
- Stock taking & stock counting
- Keeping the warehouse clean
- Recycle waste matter
- Shred waste cardboard
- Arrange pallets

A permanent position will be available for the right apprentice.
Things to consider
This is an apprenticeship for NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage. You may also need to work towards functional skills in Maths and English.
PPE will be provided.

The employer will train you in the job role and the Training provider will train you on everything you need to know in order to gain your NVQ Level 2 in Warehousing and Storage skills.

The National Minimum Wage for apprentices is £3.30 per hour. This applies to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. The wage for apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
