The role is an interesting and varied one which is a combination of phone based support to clients and potential clients calling in for advice and the processing of the relevant information and paperwork which goes with this.

It is important that the person is confident in answering the phone and processing information.

A large part of this role will involve using IT to record client interactions.

The role will also involve taking messages and fielding phone calls, passing information on to the right person.

The successful candidate will also deal with incoming and outgoing post and be able to communicate effectively via the telephone and e-mail.

The number of hours worked weekly will be 40.
The work pattern is Monday to Friday 9p.m to 5 p.m.

From October 1st 2015 the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.30 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the National Minimum Wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training. For more information visit:
