Summary

During this apprenticeship you will be learning how to take orders, how to deal with customer complaints, and how to manage a busy shop. You also would be able to learn some barista skills on the side as you will be making drinks. You will also be learning some admin work on the side, such as how to make rota, do the stock check.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Hospitality Manager Level 4
  • Functional skills in English (if required)
  • Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date 
  • From this, you'll be able to learn management skills and will be able to be a floor manager
