An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our residential sales office in Yeovil as an Apprentice Estate Agent. There will also be the opportunity to work in our other offices in Bridgwater and Burnham on Sea from time to time. You will arrange and conduct viewings, plus more.

    National Minimum Wage: 16 - 17 - £6.40, 18 - 20 = £8.60, Over 21 = £11.44

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What you will do in your working day

Are you passionate in building a career within the Estate Agency business?

Are you willing to enter into a period of sustained training and development that will lead you into obtaining a NAEA qualification?

If this is you, please do apply today. You will be trained by a team of industry leading professionals and will after 12-months become a fully-fledged Estate Agent.

The role will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Prepare particulars using MS Publisher
  • Liaise with vendors and prospective purchasers using telephone and emails
  • Arrange and conduct viewings

The training you will be getting

Whilst working for the partnership you will complete a 12-month Level 2 Junior Estate Agent apprenticeship via Weston College.

  • Regular meetings with assessors
  • EPA - End Point Assessment 
  • Regular Assessor visits
