Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice in Hospitality Supervision Level 3. Support the Quantock Restaurant at Taunton Campus, Bridgwater & Taunton College. Your role includes creating systems and procedures to foster a professional environment and developing diverse strategies to enhance commercial activity.

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • Food and Beverage Service (grade Level 2)

Other requirements

At least one night a week will be a late finish. Hours will be agreed to support the needs of the curriculum and support the commercial activity of the restaurant. Any offer of employment will be subject to employment references, medical clearance and a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance (see below for further details of the disclosure procedure). The candidate appointed to the post will automatically become a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme and pay contributions as determined by annual salary levels. The pension scheme is a defined benefit salary scheme and includes life assurance cover, and the College will also pay a contribution towards your pension.
