What you will do in your working day

  • Developing regular content for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
  • Creating a blog
  • Google marketing
  • Developing eNewsletters
  • Helping to create content for customer case studies
  • Contributing to web content
  • Developing and managing the marketing plan

The training you will be getting

You will be working towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification (an industry recognised Qualification) which is delivered via monthly 2–3-hour lessons with your assigned Trainer Assessor (TA) via teams. Throughout the month, you will complete self-led study which will include assignments, worksheets, projects, etc. and blended learning and development activities/training with your manager and shadowing team members. All learning will be completed in your workplace and during your working hours. Units that you will be studying include marketing methods, principles & practices, marketing communications, business organisation & copywriting, customer experience & the customer journey, campaign implementation & management, research & campaign planning, IT & digital tools, data analysis & marketing evaluation, and regulation & legislation. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

You could progress into Digital Marketing Assistant (with an increase in salary!) or consider other options, just take a look;
