What you will do in your working day

  • Providing support to Claims Advocates and Claims Manager and Assistant Manager as and when required
  • Work with managers to ensure workload and time is managed as best as possible, and support with key deadlines and targets
  • Support claims colleagues and others in the divisions to produce timely and accurate documentation and maintain systems and records

The training you will be getting

  • Apprentices will receive full comprehensive training on claims and different specialty areas of insurance
  • Training will be covering different topics every day
  • Apprentices will receive a Level 3 Financial Services Administration qualification upon completion

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • A permanent position to be offered upon completion of Apprenticeship
