What you will do in your working day

DHL Aviation are currently recruiting for a Engineering Data Apprentice, to join our Engineering & Maintenance department at our site at, East Midlands Airport, on a fixed term contract for the duration of the Apprenticeship. The role will support the engineering and maintenance teams with the retrieval and analysis of data, production of dashboards and presentation of data to the engineering leadership team.

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join DHL Hubs & Gateways UK.

·         Customer requirements analysis

·         Development of engineering data strategy

·         Data channel development and storage

·         PowerBI dashboard creation and maintenance

·         Trend analysis of leading indicators

·         Reporting to engineering leadership driving data based decision making

·         Development of web interfaces and applications

·         Collaborative working with other analysts in the business to develop standard ways of working

·         Support to other analysts within the engineering team

·         Delivery of key data programs within scope such as sortation fault analysis, stores management, planned preventative maintenance scheduling, resource allocation
