What you will do in your working day

During your role as a Business Administration Apprentice, you will promote and provide an efficient, professional service for the Multi Academy Trust and will work with other team members to uphold the vision and ethos of the Trust at all times and provide excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders. Your day-to-day duties will include: 

  • Working as part of the Trust central team providing business admin and events support
  • General admin, training and events support including stewarding visitors, set up and take down of rooms for events and arranging catering
  • Support with managing email and telephone message boxes
  • Supporting with research, analysis and report writing
  • Updating websites and social media platforms

The training you will be getting

  • Apprenticeship Details - 16 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/remotely by a tutor). 
  • 20% off-the-job training to work towards your qualification
  • Location: Central office is based at Hatcham College SE14 5NY
