What you will do in your working day

This role sits with our small administration team who help the charity to operate smoothly from behind the scenes. No two days are the same, so expect a lot of diversity in this role!

The role will involve:
• Providing administrative support to various departments within the Operations team this may include Finance, HR, Data and general admin duties to support other departments.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
• Managing and organising files, records, and databases
• Scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments, training events
• Support with organising and running events
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and post
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-organised
• Support the team with project management tasks and tracking progress
• Participate in training sessions and complete coursework to achieve Level 3 qualification

Qualities you might have:
• strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• experience and knowledge of Microsoft systems (outlook, teams, excel word)
• willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• ability to adapt to different processes and tasks
