What you will do in your working day

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for any visitors, clients, and contractors to the office.
  • Answering any incoming phone calls and dealing with problems and making solutions.
  • Distribution of post to departments, scanning and storing on the relevant programmes.
  • Ordering of stationery and supplies, making sure that these are restocked.
  • Booking in and signing out client’s documentation using relevant database.
  • Up keep of conference room cleanliness, organising cupboard etc..
  • Supporting the administration team with e-mails, out going phone calls and other issues that may arise.
  • Involved in functions of the business committees including, Marketing and IT & Tech.

End Point Assessment: Knowledge test, Portfolio-based Interview, Project Presentation
