What you will do in your working day

  • Supervised work in a busy office

  • Under supervision, visit sites to learn the business

  • Learning the basics of becoming a Contracts Engineer

  • Learning Computer Skills (Word/Excel/AutoCAD/Revit)

  • Assisting with Stores and Fittings

  • Taking Deliveries, and sorting delivery tickets/invoices

  • Filing

  • Answering Phones

  • Placing Orders

  • Learning and Understanding Health and Safety

  • Learning the different types of installations

The training you will be getting

  • You will attend Boston College at least twice a month where you will receive one-to-one support from your assessor.
  • On successful completion of the apprenticeship you will achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
