What you will do in your working day

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation

Client Interaction:

  • Handle client inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate team members

Project Assistance:

  • Support project managers with the organization and execution of branding projects
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress to ensure timely completion

Financial Administration:

  • Assist with invoicing and ordering
  • Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships

Office Management:

  •  Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming

Learning and Development:

  • Participate in training and workshops to enhance your skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
