What you will do in your working day

General administration duties including:

  • Answering telephone calls in the office and providing great advice to our clients
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records
  • Uploading details to the company website
  • Data entry and property reports
  • Maintaining client database

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • English and maths Functional Skills (If applicable)
  • Training will take place both on the job at Mason Young, and off the job with the training provider Protocol Consultancy Services, who are situated just a short walk from our Birmingham office
