What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Support with the management and planning of content for website, emails and social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Support with creating and updating company merchandise and documents such as creating briefs and artwork.
  • Support to deliver on multiple campaign projects with any administration and duties required.
  • Oversee stock management within the office.
  • Create monthly reports based on marketing analytics.
  • Maintaining accurate CRMS and internal systems with core information and details of external clients.
  • To carry out other reasonable duties as requested should this be necessary to meet the needs of the business. 

The training you will be getting

Be supported to complete a Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3.
Face to face training sessions will be delivered from the state-of-the-art EMA training hub on Siddals Road, central Leicester.
The 3 core knowledge units are as follows:

  • Fundamentals of Marketing
  • Content Marketing
  • Marketing Campaign Fundamentals

In addition to the modules above, you will also study towards the Google Analytics vendor qualification.

Further support will be provided to you through your Digital Coach/Mentor via onsite visits and remote communication.
