Apprenticeship summary

    £8.50 per hour approximately £15,500 per annum

  • Working week

    5 days: Mon - Fri 9.30am- 5.30pm. The role does require Saturday working on a rota basis with half day off in the week. Saturday 10am - 1pm

    Total hours per week: 35

What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Front of house dealing with clients coming into the office
  • Dealing with email and telephone enquiries
  • Booking viewings and valuations
  • Handling applications and referencing
  • Preparing move in files and including tenancy paperwork 
  • Contract signing & renewals
  • Deal with maintenance issues
  • Producing letters and general correspondence for customers and clients
  • General administration

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties.

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which includes:

  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
  • End Point Assessment (online)
  • Occasional group classes with other learners
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required
  • Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds

Things to consider

Full driving licence and car as you may be required to pop out the office to collect keys and various other tasks.
