What you will do in your working day

This is a customer facing appenticeship assisting customers to find the correct parts for their vehicle, duties will include:

  • Invoicing, dealing with returns and credits, ordering goods from suppliers.
  • Speaking to customers both face to face and on the telephone.
  • Picking and packing orders.
  • Checking off deliveries against delivery note and general warehouse duties.
  • Taking both card and cash payments.
  • Using bespoke industry software and technology to carry out your role.
  • Adhere to health and safetly procedures.

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification
  • Delivery of the apprenticeship will be a combination of face to face and remote learning

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • After the successful completion of the apprenticeship there may be the opportunity for you to continue as a trained member of the team.
