What you will do in your working day

This is a customer facing appenticeship assisting customers to find the correct parts for their vehicle, duties will include:

  • Invoicing, dealing with returns and credits, ordering goods from suppliers.
  • Speaking to customers both face to face and on the telephone.
  • Picking and packing orders.
  • Checking off deliveries against delivery note and general warehouse duties.
  • Taking both card and cash payments.
  • Using bespoke industry software and technology to carry out your role.
  • Adhere to health and safetly procedures.

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification
  • Delivery of the apprenticeship will be a combination of face to face and remote learning

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • After the successful completion of the apprenticeship there may be the opportunity for you to continue as a trained member of the team.

We also supply a wide range of leisure products to the caravan and camping consumer. The retail shop and motor factors division are both based on the same large premises on the Westfield Industrial Estate, Midsomer Norton near Bath.
