What you will do in your working day

  • Safe general operation and use of in-house hand tools
  • Upholstering methods in covering board and foam-based products with vinyl
  • Work to production schedule using web-based T card system
  • Maintaining high standards at all times
  • Operation of various semi - automatic saw machines
  • Interpret drawings to acquire correct sizes, cut-out requirements and orientations of products
  • Maintain quality checks to ensure products are of a high standard
  • Basic wood carcass assembling
  • Ensure volume of work matches needs of the business
  • Gain an exceptional knowledge of the products and how they are manufactured
  • Be self-reliant on tasks
  • Follow work plans exactly (Drawings and T cards)
  • Constantly look to improve quality of products
  • Keep yourself updated on our policies and procedures through the online portal
