What you will do in your working day

The role of the Office Administrator is busy and fast paced you will need to be able to prioritise work-load and tasks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • Customer service dealing with enquiries
  • Sort incoming and outgoing post
  • Receive and transfer incoming calls
  • Archive completed matters
  • General office support
  • In charge of the office consumables including catering supplies
