What you will do in your working day

General administration support for training and assessment team

Reception Services including greeting visitors, answering telephone etc. and ensuring Reception area is presentable ready for visitors

  • Personal file & portfolio archiving
  • Setting up learner portfolio via One Drive
  • Produce documents
  • Welcome emails to all new starters on programme
  • Sending weekly schedule of training
  • Inputting data 

The training you will be getting

The successful candidate will complete a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship standard:

  • Level 3 Business Administration Standard
  • Functional Skill Level 2 in maths
  • Functional Skill Level 2 in English

You will develop skills and knowledge throughout the Apprenticeship. There are employment opportunities to apply for after the Apprenticeship to progress with this employer. This employer is committed to training employees in higher level qualifications
