What you will do in your working day

  • Working dynamically as part of a team, liaising with drivers, colleagues, and customers.
  • Dispatching a fleet of vehicles to ensure timely customer deliveries
  • Maintaining a TMS system to comply with all operational procedures

The training you will be getting

  • Customer Service Apprenticeship qualification at Level 2.
  • No college attendance required, you will be working with the employer 5 days per week, being assessed online and via visits. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Full time position after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
