Swarm is helping Yonder Consulting to offer apprenticeships to people who are keen to kick-start a career in market research within a supportive and diverse company. You will receive training to help complete the Market Research Apprenticeship, whilst working in Yonder Consulting's trendy office in London to get valuable hands-on experience.

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, . It is required to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The rest of the week, you have the opportunity to work from home.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • Training will be with us - Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK
  • The successful candidate will work towards the Level 4 Market Research qualification, 20% (one day) of your week will be time-out for self-study with regular tutor support working towards the Level 4 Market Research qualification
  • This apprenticeship will take between 15 - 18 months to complete with assessments

Course contents
  • Liaise with and manage, clients, stakeholders, internal teams and external suppliers to deliver required outcomes.
  • Undertake data collection, data analysis, data presentation and data storage including analysis and validation of the outputs from primary or secondary research data sources.
  • Interpret, prepare and communicate research findings such as presentations, reports, and workshops.
  • Make evidence-based recommendations from research results.
  • Use communications skills and techniques such as negotiation, collaboration, problem solving, and decision making.
  • Interpret research objectives and translate into research design and implementation.
  • Use digital and IT software packages relevant to the role.
  • Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation such as SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).
  • Select and use appropriate research design techniques.
  • Evaluate data and research findings to derive insights to support improvements to future research projects.

    A Level or equivalent in:

    • Minimum of any three A-Level subjects (grade C/4 or above)
