What you will do in your working day

Working with our team you'll be

  • Planning and delivering learning activities inline for children and babies
  • Supporting children's daily routines
  • Liaising and supporting parents and careers ensuring they are well-informed of their child's progress

The training you will be getting

You'll receive on-the-job training by our highly skilled and experienced team and have visits from your tutor whilst at work.

Working towards achieving your level 2 Early Years qualification, you'll have the opportunity to upskill your maths and English training too - reaching a minimum of level 1 in these areas (if you've not already achieved this)

 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

We encourage all of our level 2 apprentice's to progress on to their level 3 Early Years Educator. Many of our apprentices remain with us for several years and specialise, such as becoming a SENCO, or become Room Leaders.
