What you will do in your working day

  • Learn how to manage and co-ordinate company service installations 
  • Learn how to manage the website, regularly updating content and versions, advising on analytics and improvements to both content and performance
  • Answering the phone lines/emails and dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain, update, and manage CRM data for customer information and site data
  • Helping with all aspects of the customer service role
  • To learn the barcoding data, investigating anomalies and missing data on a daily basis
  • Production of service schedules and associated information for allocated accounts
  • Stock control, ensuring stock is monitored and inputted into the system correctly
  • Help manage and maintain our vehicle fleet with a colleague
  • General office administration

The training you will be getting

  • Full Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3
  • Training will be in the workplace, no attendance at college 
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required

Full-time position to be offered to the right candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship
