Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Work with company information and reports to identify groups of candidates who may be appropriate to undertake qualifications.
- Arrange with candidates' documents to establish eligibilty to recieve funding
- Maintain a forward plan of meetings to ensure the comapnies profiling targets are met
- Conduct remote meetings with potential candidates and collate and record evidence on documentation as required
- Assist candidaes in completing requires enrolment documentation
- undertake all general administration to support the opertations function
- provide advice and guidance regarding the qualification process and associated matters

- Provide written updates to customers on training agreements as required
- Contact learners to ensure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion

- Report activity and planned meetings in accordance with the company requirements

Your training plan
- Level 3 Business Administrator
- Level 3 apprenticeships
- Apprentices who have not achieved the equivalent of level 2 in maths and English, must achieve these prior to end point assessment.
- Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice.
- The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training.
- On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade C/4 or above)
- Maths (grade C/4 or above)
