What you will do in your working day

  • Work in all operational areas.
  • Hands-on training to gain a solid understanding of all our processes in the manufacture of our products.
  • Develop skills and understanding of all aspects of operational maintenance and engineering.
  • Become an integral member of the engineering team.

The training you will be getting

  • You will complete work based learning and attend monthly workshops at college.
  • The apprenticeship will be delivered by CEMAST Fareham College Campus at 1 Meteor Way, Broom Way, Lee on Solent PO13 9FU.
