What you will do in your working day

Email marketing

  • Building contact groups within our CRM system for email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage a schedule for email marketing communications throughout the year, incorporating our subsidiary businesses and extended products and services.
  • Advise global marketing colleagues on email marketing best practice as well as providing technical support when required.
  • Utilising CRM system and database to generate highly targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Continually research and learn ways to utilise our CRM system for applications such as dynamic content, contact nurturing, lead scoring, and improved data segmentation.
  • Ensure all emails comply with data laws including GDPR and ePrivacy Regulations, on a global scale.
  • Maintain best practise for the design and implementation of our email marketing
  • Perform ongoing analysis of email marketing statistics to continually improve campaign results.


  • Assisting with content generation (luxury travel, aviation and logistics) as part of our SEO strategy.
  • Liaising with various third party suppliers to source web development and digital marketing services.
  • Working closely with the Group Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute highly visible online marketing campaigns – with involvement in all areas of digital marketing.
  • Editing and maintaining company websites using a content management system (CMS).
  • Advise marketing team on latest marketing tools such as AI technology learnt throughout studying.

Social Media

  • Scheduling social media communications via our scheduling platforms
  • Creating social media messages using templates
  • Maintain a calendar of social media communications – reporting regularly on the upcoming social media activities


  • Participate in conference calls to ensure effective sharing of information and full awareness of others in the Group Marketing department.
  • Keep up to date with activities of other Group Marketing staff using the appropriate network of communication.
  • Treat sensitive data with care and in a confidential and professional manner.

Correlation with Group Marketing and Company Strategy

  • To work in correlation with marketing staff across the group.
  • To work in conjunction with the yearly strategies laid out by the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Management Teams.


Group Policies and Procedures (Business Intelligence, Compliance, Finance, HR, IT, Legal)

  • To undertake all activities in accordance with applicable group policies and procedures so as to ensure that the interests of the Group and individual corporate entities are protected at all times.
  • At all times to ensure that legal and commercial risks (to the extent relevant to the post holder role) are identified and minimised through effective communication with applicable stakeholders as well as relevant support functional departments and, when necessary Board of Directors.


  • To carry out any other duties within the competence of the role holder, as requested (including additional working hours as and when required).
  • To travel when required in line with business needs.
  • Be aware of and comply with the company policies.
  • Keep up to date with industry changes, procedures and requirements relating to job role.

The training you will be getting

  • Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 qualification
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
  • You will receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
  • Delivery method and location of delivery to be confirmed.
    Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
