What you will do in your working day

The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme lasts up to 18 months and sits within Diligenta’s Change & Transformation function. It offers a fantastic opportunity for recent school leavers looking to break into the sector to developing your Business Administration skills whilst at the same time working towards a nationally recognised qualification. This is an exciting time to be working in an environment where the pace and diversity of business change increases the complexities between the digital world and physical worlds. Diligenta will give you the opportunity to gain experience from the best and progress your career within the company.

  • Assist on projects with real business impact.
  • Develop skills in business administration and provide support to various teams in our Change & Transformation function.
  • Work with a designated mentor.
  • Benefit from the skills and capabilities of the global parent company, TCS.
  • Receive in-house training on systems, processes, and core brand values.
  • Work with BPP the apprenticeship provider who will support you in gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification.

The training you will be getting

Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard L3

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
