Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Safety, Health and Environment Technician Apprenticeship Level 3 includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- Work based delivery of Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Full company induction including health and safety
- 20% Off-the-job time will be given for study / assignments
- Monthly contact session with your PV trainer
- Internal training provided by your employer and workplace mentor

Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English, Mathematics, plus a minimum of 3 others (grade C/4)

Other requirements
There is a need for travel to other locations within the UK and nights away to cover the operational activities as appropriate. As such the successful candidate will need to have a UK driving license. Other locations include Scotland, North East and South of England.
