What you will do in your working day

  • The successful candidate will learn and assist in all elements of administration including carrying out day to day customer service
  • financial management and general administration duties, along with minuting a range of meetings.
  • Our offices are very busy, the role requires the post holder to be very customer focussed, professional, friendly and a desire to help and take ownership of queries to ensure customers and the team are supported.
  • The role can at times deal with sensitive, highly confidential.

  • English and Maths Functional skills Level 2 (if applicable) 
  • 20% OFF-THE-JOB Training. 
  • Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
