Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Working with our training provider, you will study for the Workplace Pensions (administrator or consultant) Level 3 qualification through the Pension Management Institute
- Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
- The programme is well structured with the support of a skills coach, friendly mentors, and line managers to ensure you succeed in your role and study
