What you will do in your working day

·         Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner.

·         Processing staff rotas.

·         Data input onto Property Management System and internal bespoke system.

·         Complete key audits, ensure property management system is continually up to date.

·         Filtering and distributing incoming post and emails.

·         Assisting colleagues with the preparation of meetings and events.

·         Ensuring all general enquiries (email, face-to-face, telephone and letters) are responded to in a sensitively and timely manner, in accordance with procedures and directing difficult/complex enquiries to the appropriate staff.

·         Undertaking main reception duties as and when required.

·         Undertake any duties as directed by Line Manager.

·         Learning further administrative duties as the apprenticeship progresses.


The training you will be getting

You will gain an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

Functional Skills Level 2 in both Maths and English (If required).

Training will be delivered in the workplace by an assessor who will visit regularly.

The right candidate may be offered a permanent position within the organisation once completed.
