What you will do in your working day

You’ll manage all arriving samples, updating our product lifecycle management (PLM) system and reports where required. You’ll also manage the rotation, tagging and archiving of samples, ensuring all samples are prepared for the technical team in line with key dates. 


Day to day, you’ll manage dairies, key date and meetings, involving: organising/booking fit sessions and fit models, organising meetings and workshops in line with the Product Calendar and Critical Path dates. In addition, you’ll support with general administrative duties, including managing department data on our centralised team files, raising Purchase Orders, booking training sessions, travel, accommodation, and transport where required.  


You’ll attend fitting sessions and other meetings, taking detailed notes and outlining actions to be cascaded to wider teams where required. Assisting the Technical team, you’ll support on our external test report and care label management systems and service providers, as well as supporting reviews of product returns and sharing findings with relevant team members to resolve any quality or fit issues.  

The training you will be getting

With support from your line manager and the Training & Early Career Advisor, you will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration standard. This will give you an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of business functions as well as gaining experience within the Technical/Product, Compliance & Ethics departments.

Things to consider

Please note, as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations - Falmouth (primarily) and Redruth for a minimum of two days per week – and working remotely from home.
