What you will do in your working day

  • Setting up, programming and operating manual and CNC machines
  • Machining components, cutting and fitting to customer specifications
  • Working to strict health & safety guidelines

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative apprenticeship standard which includes:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing (knowledge and skills)
  • Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into full-time employment following the completion of this apprenticeship and/or another apprenticeship as agreed with the company.
