What you will do in your working day

Every day would start with the apprentice checking in with their supervisor for the tasks ahead. These will vary depending on the day or time of the month however regular tasks will include: 

  • Gathering and analysing data relating to client facilities.  
  • Liaising with clients around their facilities. 
  • Assisting clients and colleagues to maximise client funding. 
  • Analysing and cleansing client and portfolio data. 
  • Learning and understanding different industries to support the risk management of the clients.
  • Supporting the Relationship Manager or Onboarding Team with problem solving any client issues as they arise.
  • Liaising with other departments and team members within the business.
