What you will do in your working day

  • Process orders received either by e-mail or telephone onto our ad hoc package for which full training will be provided
  • Answer the telephone
  • Handle general customer / supplier queries by telephone or e-mail
  • Liaise with transport companies with reference to enquiries chasing up deliveries
  • Filing of paperwork
  • General administration duties
  • Assist in other departments if required

Business Administrator Level 3.

Functional Skill English or Maths if applicable.
