What you will do in your working day

  • Answering telephones and either transferring to relevant person or taking messages
  • Creating candidate records on in-house database from CVs and application forms
  • Updating candidate details on in-house database
  • Reformatting CVs into in-house style
  • Monitoring of a central Outlook inbox, distribution of and replying to emails if appropriate
  • Scanning documents
  • Anything else that is reasonably requested within an administrative / back office function, in busy periods

The training you will be getting

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.

In house systems and knowledge training.

Required to attend Access Training on a monthly basis, located on the Team Valley, Gateshead.
