What you will do in your working day

A normal day would include:

The Apprentice Administrative Assistant will play a key role in an integrated approach to the core functions of:

  • Providing general clerical support to ensure an effective and efficient service is providedAnalysing and evaluating d
  • ata/information and producing reports, information/data as required. This may include sensitive information
  • Completing data transfer from referral forms to the dynamics system, generating letters & liaising with keyworkers for course dates for learners
  • Keeping update manual and computerised records ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on the inputting, using and monitoring of data on Dynamics
  • Support management of general administrative team duties
  • To promote and support the mission, vision and values of the company at all times, providing a quality service and treating all those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner
