    40 hours a week 8 hours a day over 5 days. The shop is open Monday-Saturday. Saturday is a compulsory working day so the applicant will get a full day off in the week.

What you will do in your working day

  • Serving Customers in the shop
  • Answering customer enquiries by phone calls and face to face.
  • Picking and packing internet orders.
  • Stock checks.

  • You will gain a qualification in Customer Service Level 2
  • The course is all work based.
  • Functional Skills English and Maths if required.

Things to consider

The job is very much learn as you go, however the applicant must be able to do basic maths as they will be dealing with cash and card transactions. Accuracy and Attention to detail is essential as there are over 1000 different products that are very similar or have very similar part numbers.
