What you will do in your working day

  • Making outbound factfinding calls to existing database of business customers.
  • Responsible for keeping CRM system up to date.
  • Taking inbound calls from existing customer and new enquiries.
  • Taking customer service queries.
  • Support and administrating.

The training you will be getting

  • You will be working towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification (an industry recognised qualification) which is delivered via monthly 2-3 one hour lessons with your assigned Trainer Assessor (TA) via teams.
  • Throughout the month, you will complete self-led study which will include assignments, worksheets, projects, etc. and blended learning and development activities/training with your manager and shadowing team members.
  • All learning will be completed in your workplace and during your working hours. Units that you will be studying include personal development, the organisation & policies, legislation & regulation, role fundamentals, stakeholders, and business fundamentals & processes.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there could be the potential of a permanent post within the business.
