What you will do in your working day

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Repair of Fronius welding equipment including inverters, torches, hose packs, and automated systems
  • Providing support to customers and troubleshooting
  • Providing service and calibration of welding equipment
  • Safety test and weld test after repair and servicing
  • Providing technical support for the introduction of new products/systems/processes into the market
  • Providing email and telephone support for technical and welding queries/problems
  • Providing presales and after sales support to sales team and customers
  • Providing support to our application demonstrators of welding equipment
  • Assisting with events (trade fairs, seminars, etc.)
  • Assisting with stock control

The training you will be getting

Fronius Training provided:

  • Engineering Technician Level 3
  • General knowledge of manual electrode, TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes
  • Extensive understanding of all related aspects of Fronius welding equipment
  • Extensive understanding of all related Fronius process and procedures withing the Perfect Welding Business Unit - Technical Support and Repair Centre National
  • Fronius will encourage an environment and provide tools for self-development and ongoing individual training within the organisation
