What you will do in your working day

  • Creating and maintaining written content including product pages, static pages, blog articles to answer customer questions and attract search traffic (SEO)
  • Capturing and selecting images to support telling our story
  • Creating video content: short-form for social media and helping with long-form content for YouTube
  • Contributing to a quarterly marketing plan
  • Compiling regular email newsletters with high quality, engaging content
  • Supporting Customer Service and Showroom Team when required by responding to tickets, selling accessories, collecting customer details and referring to demonstrators
  • Creating and running outbound piano tuning campaigns to maintain the number of bookings to target
  • Organising the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents.
  • Organising events to increase awareness, create content opportunities, and collect new leads for the Sales Team.
  • Preparing marketing reports and analysis to measure against KPIs

The training you will be getting

You will undertake the Content Creator level 3 apprenticeship, which includes:

Content Creator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3:

  • Functional Skills in maths and English if required
  • You will receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills
  • Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Content Creator Level 3 qualification
  • Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Initial term of 15 months with option to extend on successful completion of Apprenticeship
