What you will do in your working day

An average day at EPLAN Energy would include the following:

  • Answering the phone and taking messages
  • Liaising with customers, clients and suppliers on queries
  • Assist all office teams in compiling completion document

The training you will be getting

  • One day a week at College
  • The rest of the training will take place in the workplace
  • Business Administrator L3 Qualification

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There is a potential full-time position offered to the right candidate. The role will require the person learning from multiple teams in the office and aiding all of them. Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week including college day. Holidays: 28 per year which includes bank holidays.
